Went here yesterday through the drive-thru and it was quick & pleasant. Went tonight with my husband, and son, andi legit sat at the register for at least a good 10 minutes, while all the employees ignored me. Uber eats kept coming in and they would sit there and keep filing there orders, but I was at the register, and at least 5 people were in front and completely disregarded me. I ended up leaving due to the rudeness of staff. Clearly, customer service isn't a requirement anymore

This is a head or mess when it comes to waiting. The drive-thru is always busy. However the food is good. My fries are always nice and hot with the perfect amount of salt. The sandwiches are good as well. The drive-thru staff is always nice . However, Make sure you check your food items before leaving because there have been times where I was missing something. If you do not feel like going through the drive-thru you can always opt to go inside. Mask was optional for patreons The restaurant was clean . This Wendy's have a kiosk Right when you walk in the door. You can put your order and the kiosk and somebody at the counter will call you when it's ready.

Terrible experience and extremely lethargic staff. Employees have no idea what they're doing. When was the last time someone had to wait 40 minutes for fast food? I placed mobile order and they couldn't find it. Then I showed on my phone and after fumbling around for 10 minutes finally they found it. It took them 25 minutes to process that order and all I ordered was few drinks and sandwiches. Never coming back to this place Edit: also forgot to mention the person handling food was sweating and obviously not wearing any gloves. Threw the food out and only drank the beverages. Just terrible

Can this Wendy’s be any slower? I occasionally visit this Wendy’s location since it’s near my house however it seems it would be faster if i went to a Wendy’s in another state and come back. I just witnessed an employee pack a fry box one fry at a time, no joke. The workers are here to just kill the time for their paycheck. It’s always at least a 20min wait for your food.
