I take the Lowell line everyday for 10+ years and the train has never stopped at Mishuam station. Ever.

Can I take the train to Fenway Park

Unfortunately, the Lowell commuter rail line does not service the Fenway area. If you must get from Woburn to Fenway Park, here is what you do. You take the Lowell line from mishawum to North Station, then get on the C line on the green line going towards Cleveland Circle, and get off at Kenmore station. Please note that Mishawum is a station with limited commuter rail service. Please go online to MBTA.com to see when the trains Services area.
