I'm not a customer because who ever answers the phones kept putting me on hold without communicating she was going to put me on hold. I called once and the phone rang once and immediately went silent and I kept saying hello, I hung up and called again and the same thing. I felt like the gal kept putting me on hold with out saying anything and sure enough on the 3rd time I called the gal said ugh hello one moment and threw the line on hold before i could even say anything... yea I'll pass.

The office receptionist is rude and doesn't answer the phone properly. She puts you on hold without requesting you to first; "HOLD PLEASE." Making you think the business has moved on or closed, especially after five failed attempts. They give appointments by phone and when you show up it turns out to be another date, not the one they gave you in the first place, making you wait another month to attend you. They also, don't give appointment reminders by text nor calls. Everyone has things to do, time is a commodity and this office has no respect for their clients time. If this business is being represented by rudeness at the front desk, it would be best to find one that is appreciative of your patronage.

I wish I could give front lady that saw me on Monday a5 star just for her customer service. It was great until Tuesday. Waited over 70 minutes for my appointment, brought in back, asked how long, she said up to 2 hours. What? I only wanted 1 tooth pulled and my hubby even stated that making my appointment. It was 90 minutes from my appointment time until they got to help me. And no communication from front desk lady, didn't say hi, not 1 word. In fact if I had not brought it up, they wouldn't of noticed. Thats really sad. Thankfully my tooth came out in less than 5 minutes (easiest 125 they ever made yet I lost while waiting, missing work) the assistant tried to make it better but you know what? After that amount of time I should of got a huge discount. Like I said I could of stayed at work (I work close). I'm on a new quest to find someone different. Hopefully they give the receptionist on Tuesday may 3 some customer service pointers. (Would of even been nice to have Dr apologize, but that seemed like even to much to ask. Wasn't the friendliest IMO )

My partner teeth cleaning experience was worst. The hands of the technician who cleaned his teeth were heavy. The procedure was very painful, more painful than getting your teeth pulled. The experience was very uncomfortable that you wouldn't want to go back and have your teeth clean again. From 1-10 , I would give a rate of 1. Very unsatisfactory!!!!! It's an honest assessment. Hope the other clients would not have to go through the same experience.
