This is the most incompetent dental office that I ever had to deal with, ther office staff at Aspen Dental is just bad. Thay Sent my wife to an oral surgeon for tooth removal and then said it would take 2 days to send over the X-rays leaving my wife in great pain.

I arrived at the office at 735am, didn't leave until a little after 930am. With being there so long I bet you think I got my issue handled? I didn't. I made the appointment for a cracked front tooth which needed to be addressed ASAP. Not only was a cleaning not completed while I was in the chair, they weren't able to complete the service they claim I needed to address my tooth. The whole reason I came in. I wasted my morning with nothing to show for it. The following day I woke up with a cold. Not saying they're related, but I haven't had a cold in months. Office staff was lovely and the dentist seemed relatable. The young lady telling me all about the 8K worth of work I needed done, the majority of which they couldn't do anyway, was very polite. Won't be going back, will be finding someone who can actually help me.

I’m so disappointed with my experience here. I had my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Patel removed them. I am a person with high anxiety and he was not very understanding. I walked out of the building at 1 PM, it is now 4:30 and my pain medicine hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy yet. I’m in so much pain. We have called the office 3 times and still nothing. Very disappointed.

I was taken right in at the time of my appointment. X-rays were taken immediately. I had my teeth cleaned and teeth pulled with no pain. All personnel was very attentive to my needs and wether I was in pain or not. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment.
