The representative who helped us was very professional and very much knowledgable of the product. Love the fact that the installers asked me which way did I want the water to go. Salesmen came to the house gave an amazing pitch. I knew I needed to replace a section of my soffit because i could see it rotting. The sales man assured me it wasn’t but if so they could replace it the same day. Also guaranteed I would take no financial risk as they would not charge me until all the work was complete. The day of the installation they came out to do the work. They finished half my house and told me they couldn’t replace the soffit that day. Told me they would need to come back with another guy. The next day they charged my credit card and I had to call cooperate to get refunded as the work was still not complete. I then had to reach out to my sales rep to schedule another day to finish the work. He gave me a two day window two weeks later. The day of the appointment I tried reaching my sales rep to confirm the appointment with no luck. Called cooperate and they confirmed. No one showed up either day and never called to let me know. I have called several times and although they stated it was company policy that someone would return my call within 24 business hours I have yet to receive any call to inform me what’s going on. By far the worst experience I have had.

Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars. First the sales process was very..well.."salesy" if you know what I mean. They couldn’t give me any details on how they came up with their numbers. A $5200 quote turned into a $3600 quote without any explanation of how they were calculating discounts. Then the typical "we will only give you this price if you commit today" line. I never liked that approach, but the gutters needed cleaning and protection so I figured it was worth it in the long run. Guy who did the install was unfriendly, but it was a dreary day so I didn’t think much of it. I probably wouldn't have been in a good mood either. As long as the job got done that’s all that matters right? I was promised that they would clean up after themselves, haul away all leaves and debris in buckets, etc. Unfortunately the person who did the initial installation left debris and scraps around my property so I ended up having to go around and clean up after him. It also made me question the work he did on the gutters. It took me a some persistence to get in touch with anyone who could actually assist me, but eventually they sent someone (who was much friendlier and professional) to take away all the scraps and check and make sure the install was done correctly. Its a big company, so I understand that not every job will be perfect and you can't control every employee, but I like to give places a chance to make it right when things go wrong. Fortunately everything seemed to work out in the end. I haven't had the system long enough to comment on long term effectiveness, but I am feeling much more confident. Thank you Leaf Filter for making it right.

I was looking for protection for my gutters so my husband would not have to climb up on the roof every couple of weeks to clean out the gutters. I had planned on checking on a few prices for different competitors, this was the first quote that we were to receive. The information that was shown to us and the demo was great. We were able to see exactly what we were buying and how it worked using the water-hose with leaves and how it would block everything from going into the gutters. This was the first and only quote I got. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of this product and Tom who explained everything and then when we went to book them to come to the house they were able to come that day. My Husband did not want this but every day he looks up and he is very satisfied and glad we did this. He has taken the ladder to the gutters and there are no leaves in the gutters!!! I AM A VERY HAPPY WIFE ! No more climbing ladders
