Wonderful customer service!! They got my disabled Vietnam Veteran father in-law who is wheelchair bound a ride on short notice so he could get testing done for his surgery. It saved us from possibly having to reschedule his surgery. I can't thank them enough.

I was in a panic trying to help my grandparents from out of state. My 84 year old grandma just had hip surgery and had to go to a check up dr appointment. My grandpa was not equipped to get her in and out of a car. I spoke to Randy. He was polite and helpful! They were able to drive both my grandparents to her dr visit and they supplied her with a wheelchair she was able to use the entire time, even at the dr office! They were also waiting for them after the appointment. My grandpa told me they were just terrific!!! They certainly saved us and made what could have been a horrible day so much easier! Thank you!!

Our pick up and getting us to our destination was flawless.However,a different driver picking us up to come home ruined the rest of my day.a taxi or bus would have been safer.
