Just so everybody knows this is not a Greyhound station it is Hawthorne station which is Greyhound Amtrak and the regular transit for Deschutes county all in one spot. Just for the record.

Horrible experience. The bus was late making my boyfriend miss the transfer bus, I called everyone I could even corporate and everyone basically said it wasn’t their problem and he was stuck there until tomorrow even though he has no money on him for a hotel. He is now stuck in a truck stop town overnight with no where to stay and I’m very disappointed that they didn’t take responsibility. Would not reccomend at all. They need to take responsibility for their passengers they could have atleast got him somewhere to stay overnight or refunded the whole thing.

The buses are always running late! I've missed my second bus numerous times because the first one is like, if that is going to be the fact the other one should have to wait

There is a Safeway directly across the street. Not sure about restaurants but that part of Bend it would not not be hard to find.
Check the greyhound website. And you need to know where you are going.
Here you go! (541) 385-8680
https://cascadeseasttransit.com/fares/ Here's the website for their fees. As for a zone CHANGE (if you provided which zones, it may help) it appears all purchased tickets are non-refundable, so you'd likely just have to buy a new pass. I'd call them if you really want to find out.

Greyhound buses do not allow pets unless the pet is trained as a seeing eye qualified pet. To my knowledge there is no exceptions to this. Am Track is much more understanding.
I don't know the number of the bus but you can catch a greyhound there. There are also different "start up" bus lines that you can catch.
It would depend on your starting point and day of week. They will tell you all this if you called them.
I have never tried and have never seen any type of bike on board a Greyhound bus. You would have to ask them
There is a bus that goes to Reno, Nevada. I don't know the amount of the fare but you can find that out from either Greyhound or you can Google it.
I guess I don't understand what the question is ? I have been on this bus going from Bend, OR to Ontario, OR. Nampa, ID. yes
