My packages are getting wet and not delivered. They are being thrown on the ground. I have camera footage and always on the phone when delivering. I hate this mail lady. I wanna stay at home to catch her one day.

Opened package missing half of contents. Online agents never responded. Had to call local post office and deall with computer taking me through unhelpful steps now waiting for 25 to 35 minutes to speak with someone and let them know I got ripped off.
