Gave a friend a ride here to buy a next level moped/scooter...of the 49cc variety. I know that this friends old moped/scooter had a chip replacement allowing it to go faster, (still was a expensive P.O.S., that putted around) and the new one is only 49cc but is a 4cyl. with so much more pure natural power that when it was first test driven the throttles responsiveness surprised this person so much "eye's we're bulging and face lost color" from someone who's been riding scooters for years..I got a good laugh out of it as a good mini bike would blow the paint off any of these scooter's, but we all know why you buy a 49cc 🛵) Staff was helpful, but even though it was a cash and carry purchase they offered nothing free, e.g. helmet/gloves/lock ... in fact friend was told any new scooter's not currently in stock would be sold for just short of double the price, and my friend should be grateful. Parking lot was empty and the store is handicap accessible, I suggest caution at the intersection out front of the store.(as well as the floor entering the store) I did not notice a public restroom and I didn't ask, the staff was very helpful loading the scooter onto the truck, and very knowledgeable they sell straps to secure the scooter and most items associated with the scooter. Descent experience overall but I would definitely shop around first especially where they had such a limited variety of scooter's in stock... They definitely seemed like the economy was hitting them harder than many small businesses...I was half expecting some tumble weed's to roll past through the parking lot.

I can’t say ENOUGH great things about these guys...they are professional, exceptionally courteous and helpful beyond belief!!! You have called them many times and wasn’t sure what model scooter I have... no problem send them a picture!! I have called the unsure what my part is called.. no problem send them a picture.. oh since I am on my cell phone... no problem they will ask for your phone number and send you their number ...so you can send pictures of what you are needing AND. No problem... they have it in stock!!! This kind of service is ALMOST unheard of these days!!! I have heard great things about them from other people but, EVERY time I have called them... they have been so nice and so helpful. If I could have gave them 10 stars. I would have!!! Wish ALL businesses were like this!!! Thank you Cruze!!!

Mike and Derrick were professional, answered all of our questions thoroughly and took their time while doing so. Their showroom is very nice with their scooters, motorcycles and accessories displayed so it is easy to find what a customer is looking for. Cruze deserves the highest positive review possible!
