I have coming here for 3yrs. Bought 3 scooters. Never had an issue repairs done timely fashion. Never had to wait more than couple hours. 3rd scooter still running great. Had a issue with new purchase them came all the way to Boston to pick me up and fixed it same day.

I recently spent just about a $1,000 on a new scooter and helmet at IMS in Rockland. I was then treated like a criminal by Jared just listen to what transpired. What happened was when I bought the scooter I jokingly said to the employee who was selling me the scooter I could grab the sticker of another used scooter they were selling. He then replied to me "I did not see anything and that people do that all the time." What the employee implied to me a first time scooter buyer and owner was that it was not a big deal to take the sticker off and put it on my new scooter until I registered mine. I finished purchasing the scooter the employee knew that I had taken the sticker off the scooter. Here is the kicker he writes the wrong date on all my paperwork I need to take to the registry and says to me , "Well at least you can drive it today with that sticker but just make sure you register it because that sticker wont match up with your scooter." So great experience so far I am excited about my purchase and happy with everything. Until I get a call from Jared a week later saying I am on camera stealing a sticker and that I cannot come on the property and that he notified the police and I will be getting something in the mail!! Is this guy serious he took zero accountability for what his employee did and treated me like a criminal not a guy who just spent a grand at his store. I was having a little trouble with the scooter stalling and wanted it to be looked at when I came in for my oil change but looks like I cant come on the property! lol Jared is honestly a joke and I would not buy a scooter from them because I was treated like crap after spending a thousand dollars. Go somewhere else to buy a scooter because these guys obviously do not value customers. If I got treated like that just imagine what else they are capable of if they cannot take accountability for their employees actions. Stay away from this place this was by far one of the most shocking and worst customer service experiences that I have ever encountered!!!

I HAD SERVICE DONE ON MY PEACE SCOOTER BEFORE I COULD GET HOME MY DIRECTIONAL STOP WORKING THE BATTERY I PURCHASE IS NOT CHARGING I WAS TOLD TO BRING IT BACK FOR SERVICE I RENTED A UHAUL THE FIRST TIME I REFUSE TO DO IT AGAIN. AND AS FAR AS SPEEDY SERVICE THEY HAD MY BIKE FOR 2WEEKS UNTIL I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT IT.

My experience was more than good. I had purchased a 50cc scooter which I rode and enjoyed for a year. The following year the stator went bad and I couldn't start the scooter. The part was unavailable so it couldn't be repaired. The dealer replaced the scooter for the cost of the repair. More than fair I'd say. I'm looking for a larger displacement ride now and would certainly buy from IMS again if they have a model that's suitable.

They have put bikes that might fit him I don't know where it's safe to ride though
