My experience with the individual practitioners there was always fine, however there is almost constant turn-over with them, making it hard to establish a good patient-doctor relationship; something that is kind of important for a PCP. Additionally, the office staff is straight up unpleasant to deal with, bordering on rude. I was transferred to 3 different PCP's over the course of a year. That was until I called up recently with questions about covid protocol to find out my current PCP, who was very good, had left and they dropped me as a client all together, no warning, no email, no letter. Now I am stuck with no PCP in the middle of a pandemic. What a great healthcare provider! (heavy sarcasm) Would not recommend.
