I would say the only nice thing about the cabins is that they are close to both Lassen and Burney falls to enjoy both locations without too much driving. However, the cabin was very dirty, full of mice and mice droppings as well. I mean the mice droppings were everywhere (drawers, floors, beds, etc). I told the front desk about the cleaniness and the mice and there response was that the cabin is in the woods and that is just how it is.

Good location as a base camp, 10 miles to Lassen National Park and 30 miles to Burney Falls, a must see. We were traveling with a trailer and our site was on the creek w/full hook ups. Bathrooms and showers were clean and uncrowded.

It is a good place to stay. Full hookups for rv, cabins, motel rooms,yurts. Fishing right there on property. Walking and biking trails out back. Horshoe pit behind cabins. Even rental trailers to stay in.

They close when the snow arrives. Call them and se when they expect that.
This resort is the center of one of the TOP 5 TROPHY TROUT fisheries in the world. Trout fishing is CLOSED in December, besides the fact that Hat Creek is under 9 feet Of snow in December, not the time to visit.
