Outstanding Customer service. Brandon helped me find my battery, replaced it and wouldn't accept a tip. Truly wonderful staff and welcoming environment. I would always go to Auto-Zone. Their next door neighbor!! But I think I found my new parts store. Auto-zone has refused to put wiper blades or a batttery in the past. Big thanks for the help as i can't lift it. He found it, replaced it all in the matter of 20 minutes!!! Outstanding! Good job guys. keep up the good work, big thanks everyone

This is why I only go to this auto part store... My car battery was dead, so I went in to have it charged/evaluated. The associate who helped me explained that their machine was currently unplugged, but would just give me a BRAND NEW battery if it was under warranty. I didn't' have my paperwork, but he took the time to look up my purchase. Long story short is I walked out with a brand new battery for no charge! On top of that, my original warranty isn't void. It's still good for the reminder. Auto Zone is across the parking lot. Don't bother. They are rude. Trust me, I speak from experience.
