We were traveling through the area and had a "check engine light" come on on our Brand New Ram 2500. While they didn't sell it to us, their service was unable/unwilling to even run the diagnostic while we were there (~2:30 pm/Tuesday). While we understand to a point and appreciate their referral to another dealer in the area, there was no call on our behalf to set us up for a good experience. Very Disappointed! They seem more focused on sales than service.

Amazing group of service techs Cody and his guys were faced with a massive challenge in our new trucks issue and they got it done, with honesty and integrity. Definitely giving them our business. Spent $100k in cash deals on new car and truck at Red Bluff Dodge and got zero loyalty and screwed over, at the time issue happened. Crown Dodge saved the day and earned our future business for service and future purchases.

I went to Crown Dodge in Redding to purchase a new vehicle. While looking on the lot, Bob tended to us and seemed to be kind and respectful. That was until we began to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I stated that I would BEGIN my negotiations at a certain amount, in which Bob got up and stated he wouldn’t help us. He then began tending to another customer within seconds. Bob left us in his office, shocked and having to let ourselves out. This was by far the worst customer service I have received at a dealership. Little did Bob know, I would have purchased the vehicle in full that day. 🤷🏽♀️

well after two years have passed when I had a bad experience buying a ram 2017 express crew Quad bad allaround . well they got in touch with me and put me in touch with a great salesman Maximus. mellow no pressure listed to me and I got what I wanted this time. Crown has gone out of its way to rectify all the bad things from the past. even the service department has gotten better. Ewan was fabulous in going over the new apps and controls. very patient and informative. Ari in finance was just as good. Crown is really working hard to make people believe and become long time customers. I am very happy in my new 2019 rebel 4X4 crew cab

I suggest you take it to crown motors and have it checked out. Im not a mechanic. They are good at what they do.
