Always sold out of something. Always. 100% of my visits. Just frustrating because it's obviously mismanaged. Lex is the manager and when asked they blame it on the shipment being late. The young kids working here are obviously not at fault. But the owners should really look at replacing the management. If we are always waiting on a shipment then you should up your par levels so that you don't run out of product before your next shipment arrives. If Robert the district manager reads this and would like to contact me I would love to speak about this. It seems Petty to complain about food running out at Popeyes but when it's happened 10 out of 10 times it's very frustrating. I will also say that lex is very nice and when I ask these questions she always gives me the answer with a smile and politely but that only goes so far after the same problem continues to happen. So for anyone reading my rant that has gotten this far I would just say if you like Popeyes just be prepared that they may not have what you're looking for when you go through

I could tell the staff is trying there best and it reflects in the taste but when I take a crew here for lunch we almost never get the order right and its too many boxes to check one by one (also don't wanna handle others food).

I hate to say this, but their totally amazing chicken sandwich now contains 50% less chicken. Their good thing did not last. Corporate likely wanted to decrease cost to maintain or increase profit. What they apparently forgot was the customer, because you just lost business from the four of us. I wonder how many more you've lost? Can you really afford to lose customers?

This is some delicious chicken! The problem though here is the service is generally slow. More so when it first opened up. It has calmed down a lot since it first opened. However, The service is still prolonged compared to other fast food places. The bathroom sink in one of the two bathrooms they have there was broken for the LONGEST time! Fortunately, that is no longer the case. As it looks like it has been fixed. Good thing too! Because the chicken is very messy, each time I eat there, I must wash my hands. Other then that though as I have said the chicken is delicious. Plus with such a small amount of choices to choose from to eat in the area here, it is an excellent addition to the town indeed. Just do not eat here too often as it is not the most healthy food. However, BOY does it sure taste good!
