There were 3 of us and when my food got to the table she apologized and said she was sorry because they didn't grill the onions. I said it was fine it was no big deal. Once I took a bite I realized it was the wrong burger completely. She asked if I wanted it pink or no pink, I said no pink and it was pink. When I brought it to her attention she blamed it on the cook. When I got the bill she still charged me for the burger I ordered which was $3 more. I think they should have gave us a discount, since they didn't I only left a 10 percent tip. There were more issues, I just do not want to write a whole book.

At least they’re consistent. Order pretty habitually. Any time we order a wrap with the simplest customization either in person or through doordash. Chances they make it wrong the first try are super high. For a year and a half now.

Great customer service! Really bad meat!. Lenny's has better meat. I got the bourbon steak. Not edible at all, see pic. She got the ribeye, so thin almost impossible to get med rare. Sent bat the first one was medium. They offered to comp a dessert but we passed and went to sonic. $103 2 beers 1 margarita and the 2 main dish with 2 side salad $1add on brocoli.

Went for mother's day with my kids and their dad. Our waitress was really nice & so was the hostess lady. Food was good & made you full too
