Good, they took in a stray for us, they were good with our dog too when he got out and ended up there, very helpful people

I visited to adopt a dog. After waiting several minutes, they told me there were no dogs available…even though I heard several dogs barking as I walked into the facility.

I can not speak for the shelter, only the animal control I called for 6 straight weeks to have a large dog, on the loose, removed from my yard and house. I was alone with two small children. The dog would stiffen and growl at me. The live trap cage they left did not bring results and I reached out to the community on-line. Animal control snubbed all calls from my residence at that point, leaving it up to the Sheriff's Department to come out. First, reaching out to the community ended up helping as I was finally able to find the owner who took immediate responsibility of the dog. Second, I did not know a government agency could cherry pick calls based on social media activity. Not only is it dangerous, but terribly unprofessional.

The people that work there are very rude. Im 18 years old and I showed them my license and still wasnt allowed to adopt a cat. She thought I was under 18...And as for my friend, she went to look for a dog and there was a card over the information and it said "Patiently waiting to be adopted..." and so she removed the card to read the information on the dog and the worker came and said "No put it back. You cant remove it." How can we adopt a pet we aren't allowed to learn about???????? Poor service!!! Our minds cannot be changed. We have been to shelter and service was rude but never this rude. Get new employees and management.

Around 70 dollars which includes registration fees. If the animal stays overnight there are boarding fees also
Dogs are $92 Puppies not old enough to receive a rabies shot are $85. That price includes at least one 4 in 1 vaccination and spaying or neutering.
They will send you to The Animal Rights League or you can go to The Animal Rights Rescue Team here local in Yucca Valley
Animal Action League are very good & the price is affordable.
Idk for sure, but I suggest contacting Animal control directly

DO YOU NEED PEOPLE TO FOSTER YOUR ANIMALS
You can go to the yucca valley animal control website, but they only list like 1/4th of what they have. Also, its not continually updated, so if you see a dog on there you like,; you should call to see if its still available. Staff is great. Very helpful and caring. They know they're animals.
Not Right now
they do
