I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his crew at the Yucca Valley store, as they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure that this customer is happy. (I wish I could say the same about other shops in YV, but I can’t!). I’ve been so happy with their service, integrity, and prices that I opened a credit card with the store so I can have all three of my vehicles worked on there. If more businesses in the hi desert were as reliable and trustworthy as Mike’s shop, people would be flocking to the hi desert to get their needs handled here.

initially I was very concerned that I would be pressured to have unneeded services. I received a quote and appointment online, I was very pleased that my quote was honored and I was not pressured to have unneeded services preformed. The employee at the main desk asked if I wanted alignment, the only service I did not request, He stated that if my vehicle didn't need alignment they would not complete that service. To my surprise I did not need alignment, I was sure they would have said I needed to have alignment completed. I left completely satisfied and had to write a review. The friendly and honest customer service, quote and short wait time , 1hr, was not expected. American Tire Depot has a customer that will tell everyone to get service at this location.
