I had a bad trip here after having a ok one. Let me tell you the way that person on the other end speaks to you really dictates how you react to bad service I waited one hour for my shakes sluushies and food and I was scared if they made it again they would spit on it the only good thing I got that day was the pretzel just bad experience for me I had my two kids with me and was trying to show restraint but I called corporate and someone with English not her first language was trying to help but dam it was bad reach out to me make things right with God. Save your soul you sonic monster.

Everytime I use the Sonic app and check in it's like this location doesn't receive it. I check in and wait but nobody comes then when I press the red button they say it will be right out but it's not, I had time to write this review. I only ordered a shake and I've been waiting over 20 minutes now. 5/24/22 still extremely slow. I only get a 30 min break it's been 25 min I still don't have my order. I won't give this location another chance, I've been to nice sit down restaurants faster than this

Finally tried a Sonic Burger. No cheese. And Onion rings. And lemonade drink.. Great Service. Thanks. The patty had mild mild flavor. Was bigger than mickey D. And Jack. And others..But " I " Needed some Flavor. Very good onion rings. Lemonade was Really a thirst Quencher.. Next time i will try something else.

When I ordered my chicken strip meal I didn't know I wasn't even going to get HALF of what I paid for. While on my lunch, I left work to get sonic since I've been craving it for months. There was NO ONE in line at the drive thru and one car parked in a stall. I ordered my food(that I waited 15 minutes for*so they could make it fresh*). I didn't mind waiting because I knew it wouldn't be hours old...after getting my order I drove all the way back to work and noticed this was less that HALF of the meal that I was supposed to receive. Needless to say I was a bit irritated. I get tgat places are short staffed and can sometimes be overwhelmed by being short staffed BUT there was no one there, they weren't busy and there was absolutely no excuse for this.
