Nice clean RV parking, on the more expensive side, near Joshua Tree National Park. The manager and daughter was overly obsessive ... insisted the RV be parked in the center of the space regardless of slides or picnic table area (altho she did say we didn't need to use a tape measure to be exact). Dogs are allowed, but must be walked off of the property. Also, was very quick to question the care of several pet owners.

The lady manager was very rude and inconsiderate I have never in my life experienced the rudeness from an owner. People like that should not be in business. Not to mention the ugly stinky cigarette smoke she walks around blowing without a care for other people around her like my 19 month old baby. When I first pulled into the driveway she come running out shaking her head like I had done something wrong she was just very rude asked me what am I doing here what a shock I will never ever go around that place ever again she is a b and you better believe I will report her to the better Business bureau.

My wife and I stayed for 4 months. Worst mistake we could have made. We are very quiet and clean people. We paid on time every month and made sure to follow the Managers rules. Her name is Jackie & everyday she was a different person. She locked my clothes in the washer one night and screamed at me to slow down when I was already going 2mph! I have never in my life been treaded so badly without cause. My wife came down with COVID and she asked us to leave the same day. We just wanted out of there because she made it so uncomfortable for us that we were both afraid to enter the office for any reason. Her price is kind of high and she won't get the wifi fixed so bring your own if you must stay here and if you do I suggest you stay out of her way or she will embarrass you in front of everyone! Nobody likes her. Its unfortunate

DON'T STAY HERE! Stayed one night. $60 ! Manager (Jackey) appeared to be a pretty negative person. Wanted to charge be an extra $25 to use dump site, saying "it’s metered." I said I was unable to use hookup at my site because of distance to hookup. She relented. Water hookup at site was shared and I needed twenty minutes and a pair of pliers to get my water hooked up to decrepit half-broken faucet. Truly worst part of experience was Jackey, both when I signed in and again the next morning when she apparently lied about the "metered" dump site. She seemed like an unhappy grouchy kind of person.
