My family & I moved into AMHC back in early 2018. Since purchasing our home many changes have been made, most for the better. We have had a range of experiences, both great & not so great. However, when Tammy Regalado became the manager all of that changed. She has put so much time & love into our community. She sometimes even uses her own time & finances to better our community, putting together amazing holiday get togethers or doing special events for our kids! All the kids love Tammy, they speak very highly of her. She has become more than just the manager, but my neighbor & a great Friend. I can not say enough about what an amazing manager & overall person Tammy Regalado is. She has brought our community together, many of our neighbors are now great friends, some I now refer to as my family. Some people may look at this place & make assumptions based on stereotypes & what not, but we are not "poor & this isn't just a "Trailer Park", we do not have pink flamingos & old toilets for planters in our front yards, not that I have seen anyways... We are more than happy & proud to call AMHC our home. Thank you Tammy for making our community a better place to live.😌

I have to give 1 star but my choice. Let me say only way to get into this park is if go thur realitor. And directly to corp office becus manager is drunk and if your not into her crowd or click it wont happen! Hardly ever in office or avail on phone ! Alot of shammy stuff goin on !

Credit score requirements higher than most places. Looking at neighborhood and existing residents doesn't add up, doubtful anyone there met these requirements. I understand adjusting to attract better residents, but not willing to work with anyone with no credit. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming.
