By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Firestone. I get my car tires at Firestone and came in to get a slow leak filled with air and the front desk worker is very unfriendly. I stood there by the bay waiting to be told, at the very least,” someone will be right with you, but nothing. When I approach her and asked for air she said,”you’ll have to wait I can’t have you in hear. The vehicle tech honk at me to get out of his way so he can get into his stall with the vehicle he was working on. His name was sonny or sculls. I couldn’t read his name tag from the angle I was looking from. To top it off I asked for 38 lbs of pressure he only put in 35. This is the second time this has happened at this location with that tech. I don’t normally write reviews, but this is my third or fourth time here and they are rude or unprofessional.
