I moved here from the NorthWest, not knowing a good pot of chili from any other soup. Adobe Milling has, by far, the best beans I have ever experienced cooking and now one of the best "cheat" ingredients for my beans, Wholly Frijole. My only gripe, if this is a gripe, is the size of the Wholly Frijole bottle. I go through the stuff too fast. I need a big, commercial-size bottle of it. Also have love for the hot sauces, with great flavor I have not found anywhere else in jalapeño sauces, but I am also a fire eater. I end up mixing it with a bit of habanero or ghost pepper sauce for the heat while keeping the flavor. Keep up the great work and I'll keep buying it up!

We always stop here on our way to New Mexico. We love the store and the owners! Very sweet, pleasant to talk with, and will even share stories about their hunts for big game! The beans are unbelievable ! Loved our treasures we found this time!!

This is a must stop place ✋ my family has been stopping at this location for over 30 years possibly longer! When we stop, we buy 40 pounds Anasazi beans beans, dryed red chili and dried green chili powder. Same family has owned it forever! Love love love this place!

Very friendly. We stopped for a bathroom break and were surprised to find a wonderful selection of interesting beans. After a lovely chat with the cashier, we purchased two one-pound bags of beans for a very reasonable price of $2 each. These would undoubtedly cost much more at home.
