This location uses doordash for delivery which is a third party company. These delivery drivers are very rude and this location owners excuse is it’s the holiday so they have to use this third party company whom hire anyone because the delivery drive was very rude and couldn’t address customer by a common name such as “Natasha” owner stated that I have to understand the high demand. So because of high demand poor customer service is acceptable.

This is not the time to half do your job!!!! My order came with an individual cheesecake!!! My mother did not get ALL her order!! The store will not answer the phone even Corporate tried to call and this STORE has the audacity to charge a service fee!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!! I should have read the reviews EVERY Mother's Day someone had an issue with this store and I had my order delivered early!!!!

I ordered from here previously and was satisfied but the second time Rose took my order and ask me what I would like I said redo my 1st order I explained how I wanted this order no melon no canteloupe but she still added the melon and cantelope then the delivery woman had an attitude so I called the store to have this corrected and was informed that I wasn’t in the system but how you know where to deliver and whom you deliver it to? So they re did my order at no charge but gave me soggy fruit that was no good just messed up my order and my day but I will not be ordering from here every again
