So I made an appointment last week to have my hair braided today. When I arrived, I called because I didn’t see the shop. She then proceeds to tell me that I never made an appointment when I had spoken to her on 3/5/21. She then tells me I can come to her and she will message me her address. Needless to say I never got the address and she never answered the phone again. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. Just wow.

I got my hair in cornrows and in less than a week my hair begain to frizz up. From top to bottom my hair doesn't look like it was done by a professional. I paid $70 for my hair to look decent for 1 day.
