The sales man they call eli is the worst sales man I've encountered in the car sales industry and I've paid off a vehicle in the past so I've dealt with many. Doesn't keep contact with the customer and doesn't have your best interest. I've heard a lot of good things about jordy I wish I had a chance to work with him initially but DO NOT let ELI do you're paperwork if you want to get a vehicle. He will literally belittle you and won't keep you informed about your paperwork.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a Mercedes from this dealership on April 30th, the salesperson was awesome! But here is the problem... It was for my second car just to drive for leisure. So I may have put 200 miles on it since we've had it.. 80 of those were to drive it home!!!! Check engine light came on in May... We took it to the shop to use the CERTIFIED WARRANTY they claimed we would have but Please read the fine print... They told us it was the gas cap. We drive it back home. I decided to drive the car to church a week ago and the car left me in the middle of the rd.. We get it towed to the shop and find out We need a NEW TRANSMISSION!!!! The car has 56,000 miles on it and we put 200 miles on it and it need a whole new transmission!!!! The warranty is fighting on if they will cover it because of the fine print so hopefully they will and we're not out of $$$$$$$$... How can we purchase a car and a no less than 3 months and 200 miles we need A TRANSMISSION... WITH THE PRICE OF GAS, FOOD AND EVERYTHING ELSE WHO HAS TIME TO BUY A JUNK CAR!!!! VETERANS BEWARE.. At least they told my husband thank you for his service after he signed his name on the dotted line to take possession of this Junk!!! We are Livid!!!
