Craig was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was patient with me and understood my budget and how much I was comfortable spending. Just shopping so far. Trying to find the right car for Mom. These people couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They actually try to win your business. That's rare today! Their selection and variety of vehicles are definitely impressive. Marlin is great - you will feel like you made a new friend! Neil is a manager and great as well. But, really, we didn't pass by anyone who wasn't polite and helpful! The place is super clean, well-kept. They brought the cars we were interested in to us, with air conditioning on. The parking lot is plenty large enough to do a short test drive. I highly recommend!

Dealt with Mark Newton and had a great experience. The whole Victory team was friendly, inviting, and helped each other to expedite the buying process. My trade in evaluation, test drive on the new vehicle, paperwork, etc. all took about 3 hours or so, which is quick when regards to dealerships. They were very transparent with pricing and made me feel very welcome. I purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain with them and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Best to call them directly or check their website . They move a lot of cars . So inventory changes often. I had a good experience with them.
Sometimes people make simple mistakes, like not resetting the oil lights. They don't turn off automatically when the service is complete. It has happened to me at a couple of different places. That's why I started checking the oil life percentage after oil changes.

If it's a standard key check with Beatties Ford Hardware on Beatties Ford Rd. I've had standard car keys made there before. Or any other place that makes standard keys. Never had any made at Victory.
