Employee was argumentative and use profanity with a customer on the telephone . Call back to speak to a manager - was informed that manager would contact us - Manager never contacted - We took our business to a different dealership Purchased the exact same vehicle at $9000 less than what you had it . Next time I would highly recommend you learn to speak properly to Cash paying customers let alone any customer . I’m loving my new ride that I did not purchase from you .
