We dealt with Jake Hesford at this dealership and he was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle with the exact color and features this vehicle had but the dealership was 7 hours away. Jake understood this and made sure that we knew every single thing about the car, inside and out, before we made the long drive to get it. We could not be more pleased with the car and the service that Jake provided. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had and it was worth the seven hour drive.

The experience there was absolutely incredible. I’ve never come across a nicer group of people. My sales person was Richard Gouhin (Rich). He was extremely polite as well as funny but more importantly, he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable throughout this entire process and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He sold me a brand new S7 which is a phenomenal automobile. He took me for a test drive and showed me how awesome it was and I was sold at that point. The entire process was very smooth and everything went through quickly. Before I knew it, I was driving a brand new S7 off of the showroom floor. A couple of days later, he called to check up on me to make sure everything was OK. That’s what I call going the extra mile, as I really didn’t expect him to do that. I wish I could remember all of the names of the people that I interacted with during my sales experience. Unfortunately, I cannot at the moment but Audi of Charlotte is a great place to do business and great people to do business with. Every Audi I get in the future will come from there, no question. Update: Almost a year ago, I purchased a 2021 Audi S7 from Audi Charlotte, and Richard (Rich) Gouhin was my sales consultant. The vehicle, of course, was awesome. On 4/25, Rich sold me a 2022 Audi RS7. This was my dream car! About 6 months ago, Rich and I sat down and discussed me purchasing this vehicle. He asked me what color and options would I like. I wasn't quite sure about the options so Rich went over all of the options with me and explained what each of them did. I was torn about which color I wanted so I chose Mythos Black. After a few days, I decided to switch to Glacier White, then I switched back to MB. Rich advised me to keep this color stating how beautiful it was so I ordered it and I'm so glad I listened! He has been incredibly helpful ever since I started doing business with him and nothing has changed. He takes the headache out of car buying and always does what he can to make the process easier for the customer. The car came in about 6 months later and Rich sent me some pics of it wrapped in a protective covering. After he had it detailed, he sent me pics of it completely unwrapped and needless to say, the car was just beautiful. I traded in the 2021 S7, for which I was given a very fair price, and of course, Rich helped me through that as well. After completing his part of the process, he then led me over to Marcus Robbins, the Finance Manager. Marcus is a very pleasant, soft-spoken gentleman and politely listed the packages that are offered to protect my vehicle during ownership. He did a comparison of each of the packages and the protections they offered. After choosing my desired package, Marcus advised me of my monthly payment, gave me other documentation, and offered to assist me any time I needed him. I was so impressed with how easy this was and told my friends how well things went and how satisfied I was. About a day passed and Rich called to check up on me, which he did with my last purchase. He always goes the extra mile and I greatly appreciate it. Rich, Marcus, you guys are great and I truly appreciate both of you. Audi Charlotte will always be my go to place for my future Audi vehicles (RS e-tron GT)

Audi of Charlotte is a Class Act! I was In Search of a vehicle for my daughter (a senior in College). I found what I was looking for online via Carfax. Personally I dislike car shopping altogether. However, , this experience was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was Joy. And I feel lucky to have had her. She was easy to communicate with.there was no haggling, no pushy salespeople. I highly recommend!.

Eric was helpful every step of the way, from running the numbers to arranging the delivery date of the vehicle. The process was super transparent and flexible, and at no point did I feel like I didn't know what was going on while I wanted for the car to arrive!
