I gave a downpayment for a car, at the time of signing and delivering it, the car was not in optimal conditions. It had a flat tire, a broken side mirror, a couple of missing parts, and dirty as hell... They made me wait over three hours to at least find out if the credit had been approved, they didn't respond and I decided to leave. They promised to have the car in the desired conditions for four days later, and it was not like that. You write to them for the return of the money and they do not answer either. Lousy place!

Expected to buy an Infiniti for a good price. Didn’t get too because of the fees that were equivalent to nearly half of the cars worth.

Rude, absolutely rude salesmen, full with tricks. A car could be listed for $18000, and then you end up with literally $30000 after their fees here and there. They tried to stick me but it wasn't my first time at a dealership. I walked out on them just like I did with the first 10s. Also, they check tour credit even before telling you about the cost of the car. Which impacts your credit.
