Thanks you very much Lev for your great service. But your team customer service is really bad. If anybody know a good lawyer hit me up or leave a comment. Tower have lots of irresponsible employees that forget or don't log in the correct information so at the end of your payment they would screw you. Do not lease to own here.

You are 100% wrong about that.
They. have very horrible costumer service on phone and in person. I was on hold for over an hour and decided to drive there to the LIC location and was still on hold. Couldn't believe i was on hold so long. Always a horrible experience. They need more help and need to accommodate the customer with certain things
The answer would be yes and no. It is one company that have different divisions, Tower TLC Rentals has nothing to do with Tower Auto Mall, Where one has only rental cars and another one is selling cars, I'm not sure whats wrong with their renting but in sales they do pretty well.
Yes. we have a wide selection of vehicles of all classes including TLC packages for drivers with a valid driver's license (2 years min) and TLC license.
Sorry, Tower Auto will NEVER respond to "burdensome" customer service issues. However, if you are inquiring about financing an overpriced clunker, their sales rep will text you every day.

yes, but they will tell you a lesser value than what it really costs. then they tell you o we put 2000 down and then add the rest to your payments. which is a lie, they will hustle you like they did me. you are better off selling your car some where else than trading your vehicle with these,swindlers. if you trade they are going to hustle you. sell your car and get yoyr money for what it is worth and then go get a vehicle. 🤔
Only way you can get your own tlc plates if you have 100% electric car or wheel chair mini van
They do offer free oil change but you have to go to their Bronx location. But again if you haven't rented from them yet don't.

This is sucks I rent a car from them , they give me expired tlc plate . the customers service worst . You have to wait for too long nothing will be resolved . they are crooks . I had to lease a car they took my money 4,000 dollars .rip off company . I recommend every one to stay a way from this company .
