**Update** service is still slow and front desk woman Frida was very rude denying me service wrongfully and I wanted to speak to a Supervisor she said one was not available! This place used to be fast but now if u have an appointment you have to wait 1 hour to be seen just to take your vitals, then you have to wait a couple more hours to finally be done, slowest service ever!

Extremely rude staffing in the front the grill with the horrible eyebrows is a c**t and the Spanish girl is also reude takes long time to get anything done they didn't remember to book my appointment so took me a 2 hours to be seen DON'T COME to this location !!!!

A few weeks ago I had an appointment towards the end of the day. As I sat in the waiting room I observed the check in staff turning away a walk-in because it was “past their deadline”. It was 3:40p and I counted myself and one other person waiting.. with appointments.. Anyway, as soon as the visitor left the front desk staff openly started laughing and making rude remarks about the visitor. After that I watched/heard the staff laugh at a woman who had accidentally stumbled on her way out once she left. The walls are paper thin. They didn’t seem to care who heard. They sounded like the mean girls you deal with from high school/college. Now, I gave 2 stars because the staff that I dealt with personally were professional. I was hoping the reviews about this place were wrong (some are perhaps exaggerated) but after my own experience, I won’t be coming back until the issue’s addressed. I don’t believe it’s every staff member but it’s too many. I hold PP to high regards so please don’t let this review discourage you from going. Just maybe not this location. The staff need a serious review & reality check.. several of them need to be fired ASAP. I recommend them being replaced with more discreet, compassionate people.

Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t dare schedule an appointment here. The employees here are rude, they don’t have any patients, they always talking and playing around. They changed my appointment time without telling me. I came in for a check up at 8:45am and they changed it to 8:50am (wasn’t a big deal, since it was five minutes) but was told the doctor doesn’t come in until 8:50am and I’m the first to be seen. I waited 30min watching the employees play around. Mind you nobody was in the sitting area but me. Every time someone new came in, they was greeted rudely but they was seen right away. After another 30min I cancelled my appointment and walked out. I was only to be seen for a check up that’s it.

No, there's no direct line available to many of the offices. However the customer service line was very helpful in answering my questions regarding a particular office😊
I also went a few weeks ago. They said I was pregnant, had BV, UTI, AND GENITAL HERPES. I was NOT pregnant, NOR DID I HAVE BV, UTI, OR HERPES. I took a negative pregnancy test at the FPA women's clinic. They also confirmed that I did not have any infections or gential herpes (done with blood test). The nurse practitioner who diagnosed me was supposedly new. She changed my life for a couple of days with her misdiagnosis. I will never return. They gave me all of these antibiotics and an antiviral for herpes (was actually irritated skin from a YI). I was also mentally preparing for a baby and living life with herpes. All of which was a waste of my emotions. Nothing they said was accurate.
