I have been a long time customer of Hendrick BMW and other Hendrick dealerships including Audi and Land Rover, but this has been my best experience by far with any service department, directly due to David Owen. He is prompt, courteous, trustworthy and always looking out for the customer!! I feel like he gives me not only honest advice but advises me as he would a member of his own family. One quick answer I received privately- the NC DOI does not cover auto warranties, so you have to go through the NC attorney general’s Consumer Protection Division- thanks anon!
Go online and schedule a maintenance order, for a loner, is the fastest way make sure you have full coverage on the vehicle. Quick process
You should have been assigned a service advisor. That person will be listed on your service paperwork at the top of the page in the advisor field. Call Hendrick BMW and ask to speak to that advisor.
As long as they are all run flat tires and pass a minimum depth on the tread of 4/32
