Today my wife and I visited this dealership hoping to buy a car. Antony Ferguson was a really nice guy and a great salesman who showed us several options and we even took an Accord for a test run. He did a fantastic job explaining the car's features and what we would get for our money. When it came to crunching numbers with him, he gave his best to help us understand the pricing and was willing to work with us within the budget we were looking at. At one point in the conversation he said that his manager wanted to talk to us. Out comes the manager who was not very friendly and didn't seem all that interested in selling us a car. We let him know that we needed to talk to our bank and shop for good financing options/interest rates before finalizing the decision to buy the car we liked. We even said that we would be back after the weekend as we really liked the car that we test drove. The manager told us he would be right back with more information regarding interest rates and pricing. The next thing we know Antony is thanking us for stopping by the dealership and hands us his card. There's no manager in sight and no word about pricing or interest rates. It was clear that the intention was to get us to leave. I have never in my 24 years in the United States ever felt this insulted. I did not note the manager's name, or I would have mentioned it here. They lost a customer (I would have gone back to buy the Accord), and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop at this dealership for a car.

Davaughn and Ben were the best with helping me purchase my vehicle! From the first phone call all the way to driving out the lot! The staff as well was so nice and helpful and made sure if I needed anything or had any questions they were there to help! I recommend this place 110%!!

Kyle Lewis is the best! He helped me and my wife get a great deal on my 2020 4Runner with a TRD package! He went above and beyond for us and I high recommend him! He went out of his way to pick up the 4Runner from Toyota and drive it to the Honda lot, he followed up 3 days after we got the truck and still follows up with us. Thank you Kyle!
