Liz was a wonderful help! After having trouble at some of the other Adams locations, I felt almost out of luck. My girlfriend needed a car badly and was really looking for a Cherokee. I called about it 30 minutes ahead of time and sure enough, when we got there it was pulled out. The car was in wonderful shape and very clean. Liz was quick to help and had no problem getting more details for us. It was a great experience. This was the first time I’ve ever bought a car on sight. Wonderful team over there, Liz especially!

They come off as nice when trying to make a sale. I purchased a vehicle that they advised was one of the Salesman vehicle. They stressed the fact he kept the car up no issues what so ever. I'm thinking since the previous owner work there knowing I can walk in to address issues anytime this has to be a good car? I advised the previous owner the same thing. We all know they are AS IS cars. My issue is how the Thermostat just happened to go out on 4/8/2022 when I purchased the car on 3/4/2022. Spoke to Tony and he says well the car is AS IS in which I knew but you mean to tell me they wouldn't even try to fix this car. Tony advised he would speak with the manager and see if I purchase the part if they can work out a way to fix the car and call back. I get a text stating since it was over a month ago when purchased they were not going to fix the car and to call Chance the manager. I have called chance with no return call as of yet. Stay away or take the vehicles and get your own testing in which I knew I should have did before purchasing.

My wife and I came in 30 minutes before the dealership was supposed to close. We met with Amer and immediately he started showing us cars within our price range. We were looking for something dependable for our soon to be 4 person family. We found one immediately and he started the paperwork for us right away. Amer was very patient and helpful the entirety of our visit. They kept the dealership open until we were able to drive our car home! Everyone was very accommodating and professional. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
