I dropped off a package over a week ago & they still haven't shipped it. The tracking states a label was created (at 7:32 per shipping detail section, however the receipt i received clearly shows i turned it in at 4:05pm). They've done absolutely nothing with my package outside of creating a label over 3 hours after i dropped it off. Its been over 2 weeks, & Amazon still doesn't have the package.

This store used to be my absolute favorite, but since it's changed ownership, it's totally gone down hill. I have great sympathy for the staff. The new owner is unprofessional & irresponsible. I've loyally shipped paintings with this UPS for the past three years, but sadly, I'm now taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend-- photo evidence of their poor care.

New front employees have horrible customer service and aren’t consistent with their pricing for packaging and mail process. It used to be great until recent changes.

I walked into UPS store to return a package. I was experiencing difficulties in pulling up the shipping label from my phone to print out . The staff was very patient and very helpful as she consistently made attempts in helping me get my package suitable for return. I was pleased with the service I received.
