Hyundai of Plymouth

During this difficult time with dealers low inventories, I was able to find the Hyundai I was looking for at Hyundai of Plymouth but it was in transit to arrive on 8/3. I had surrendered a company vehicle a week before and had no other transportation. The dealership couldn't control the arrival of my new Hyundai. But they clearly understood it was an urgent priortity for me. It did arrive on time, and when I called to check on the status on the day it was expected, the staff told me they were working on the inspections and I could expect a call in the next hour or two. Matt called when expected and worked with me over the phone to get the financing/insurance/registration paperwork in order (which took us well past the closing time) and arranged for me to be picked up and brought to the dealership the next morning to pick up the car. This was a good 40 minute drive from my home to the dealership and saved me a very expensive Uber! All in all I worked with several of the staff - Matt, Sean, Justin, and Erica over the course of this process and ALL exceeded my expectations. I love my new car, but best of all the service was top notch. They were always friendly and helpful and I really felt that what mattered to me, mattered to all of them. Thank you!

I had great experience car shopping. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great , cool environment not your typical Vultures just trying to get a sell like most dealerships. Sean Frazier was an awesome, exceptional salesperson who made us (me and my wife) comfortable enough to seal the deal. The manager Justin was great as well doing everything he could do to make us happy.

We had such a pleasant experience at the Hyundai Plymouth. We came in the first time on a Friday late afternoon, although it was closing time already, Matt had kindly showed us the cars. The next day, when we came to test drive, Sean was extremely helpful and informative. Car buying was easy and smooth. Strongly recommend!
