Didn’t even get 10 seconds into my first phone call with this place. I’m from out of state and had some questions about Massachusetts policies. I introduced myself and started to ask my question, when I was interrupted by “I’m preparing for a meeting tonight. You need to make this quick.”. Who runs a business like that? Who talks to potential customers like that? As a customer service representative myself, I understand that sometimes customers drag on a little longer than needed, especially when other things need to be done. I get it. That being said, who thinks to themselves: “Yes. Telling this guy to make it quick is definitely the best and most mature way to handle the situation.”? He could have told me that he was a little busy right now and would call me back either later or a completely different day and I would have been 100% okay with that, but instead here we are.
