My experience at Tire Warehouse in Bennington was a massive disappointment. A Continental run-flat tire cracked about 30 miles away and I decided to call the manufacturer as the tires were still under warranty. They advised that Tire Warehouse is an authorized dealer and is required to inspect the defective tire and send it back. The gruff "gentleman" who presented himself as the store manager said he has two options. If I choose to use the warranty, he will take several days to get me a new tire. If I choose to pay out of pocket, he will give me a tire right away. As you can imagine, the only tire available was $250 for a single tire and included $30 for "lifetime repair" - a service that I repeatedly stated I did not need. Imagine my pleasure in seeing a disposal fee tacked on for the damaged tire that he insisted I take home with me. I called the tire manufacturer for further guidance regarding the warranty claim, and the "gentleman" did not appreciate this - beginning to yell at me in front of customers. Apparently, telling the manufacturer that their authorized retailer refuses to accept their warranty is not something he wanted me to do. When the folks at Continental requested to speak to the employee, he began to yell at them too. In the end, I was out $250 for a tire with a disposal fee for a tire I left with. Upon pushing back, he gave me a $5 cash refund out of pocket. Apparently, the $31 lifetime balancing, rotation, and repair fee was mandatory. So was the $27 road hazard coverage. I have not agreed to be billed for these services and believe I was scammed.

These people should be in a movie. . . two sloppy, grumpy guys sitting against the wall staring at you as you walk across the lot to the office. . .then they gouge you every way they can. . . $40+ used tire disposal fee tacked on at the end. . . I walked in today after being a customer for 7 years and they wanted $60.00 BEFORE TAX to mount ONE TIRE

Came in because my tire pressure was going down in one tire, they assessed the problem, told me I had a leaky bead, and repaired it for $30. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes! Very happy with it, thank you guys!

I Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised staff went out there way to make sure I was comfortable with the price. The added benefits of free flat repair and rotations for the life of the tire no cost whenever needed. SOLD great service!
