About 8 months ago me and my spouse purchased a 2019 Subaru Impreza for you guys we were so excited. The same week we purchased it from you we noticed our plug in ports didn’t work come to find out some fuses were blown while getting the fuses fixed our mechanic noticed the tires were bald we called Ted Free the sales person who sold it to us and we were told it wasn’t your guys problem since it passed tire inspection 6 months before we bought it. So we replaced the tires no problem. They also notice the breaks aren’t in the best condition which is shocking since we just bought the car. We noticed the car shakes we you drive at high speeds so we got it looked at again come to find out all the rims are bent so now we have to also replace all the rims as you guys wouldn’t do anything again. Now here we are few months after buying the car the check engine light now turns on now the car needs a sensor to be replaced which is very shocking since it’s a 2019 with only 50,000 miles on it. We called Subaru again to see if they could diagnose why the check engine light was on we were told it would coast $130 just to diagnose it so we go it diagnosed at our mechanics and it’s a sensor and they are surprised since it’s a new car we call to see if it’s under warranty it’s not so yet again we will replace it. Now we have a 2019 Subaru that we purchased 8 months at maybe about 39,000 miles on it so why are we putting in so much money to a car that was just purchased and a newer car very disappointed in Bennington Subaru and will never purchase a vehicle from you guys again the car has been nothing but a money pit since buying it.

The best Subaru dealership around! I live in NY and originally ordered the identical car I purchased here from a different dealership in Albany. The expected arrival time of the car from Albany wasn’t until some time late June, so I shopped around at other dealers nearby and I’m so happy I did!! I was put in touch with, Ted Free, who is amazing, personable, and very knowledgeable about Subaru. He was able to process my entire requests and even finance me without my needing to travel all the way to him in VT. As soon as the car arrived, he let me know and I came right over to sign all the paperwork. Since I work, I wasn’t able to get there until 5pm. Ted stayed after hours to make sure I was comfortable with the features of the car and knew how everything worked on it. Peter, the finance guy, was great too! He was very thorough and made sure I was given the opportunity to add anything I wanted before finalizing my purchase. I’m happy he brought a few offers to attention I wasn’t aware of and he helped me make the best decisions for me. Great experience and if and when the time comes, I’d definitely do business with them again! Thanks!!

Overall my experience with Bennington Subaru was easy and pleasant. The dealership is welcoming, bright and clean. My salesperson Nick Gambardella was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. On my first visit looking specifically for a 2020 WRX, Nick had me test driving the exact Subaru I wanted within a matter of minutes. I did a little more research, but ultimately decided to go with Bennington Subaru because they had the exact car I wanted and were willing to work with me on the price in a very generous way that frankly was better than I expected. The Subaru financing was extremely competitive, and made my car purchase work for my budget. On my return visit four days later, Nick walked me through all the features on my car, connected my phone, and then got me through all my paperwork in about an hour. I originally drove about an hour to Bennington Subaru because they were one of the only dealerships that had the WRX I was looking for, but the quality of service, and pricing were so exemplary that I would recommend them to anyone, and will return when I need my next Subaru.
