I take people and recommend the cana care drs in Worcester they take walk ins and also by appointment..bring some medical records or information and $200. They'll get you set right up and it's an easy process...you'll see the doctor first then they enter you into the system , then you pay $50 fee for the registration for department of public health...mass health pays my fee each year ..
