Have been going here for a while. Bad experience while dine in today, Unfortunately some of the staff are untrained and less receptive to show the expected customer service. After waiting for half hour, The people who were seated after us were serviced while we were waiting for longer than expected. The waiter said she will be back to take the order( no drinks or order) but never showed up until we went upfront and asked no one was coming to serve. Says they were busy but didn’t follow order of service. The staff needs proper training and discipline when it comes to customer service - unprofessional workers and felt they were prioritizing people of their choice and we did not appreciate that 6/19/22 at 1PM

After a couple not so great experiences with Chili's we decided to give it a go again. This time everything was great. The chips were warm and the salsa was tasty. Both of our meals came out the way we ordered them and they tasted great. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Great job.

After waiting for what seemed like forever for our food, and a ton of open tables as you can see, The wait time was about 45 minutes, we finally got out food, and my daughters burger was completely raw on the inside. I understand that they are very short staffed, but even being short staffed does not excuse a second time after the first burger being messed up. Highly disappointed in this trip, and I am not usually disappointed in this restruant.

Ordered delivery. Noticed it was missing the drink, no biggie. Start opening the food, and there is a full on bite taken out of the burger! Food obviously tampered with, so toss the whole order! Try calling the restaurant to report the issue, and hung up on 3 times as soon as the phone is picked up. Finally the person picked the phone up, and set it on the counter. I could hear people talking in the background, but no one has the phone in their hand.
