I had the best experience purchasing a new Trek yesterday! After deciding it was time for a new bike, I stopped by the Concord Trek store and was welcomed and assisted with undivided attention and care with selecting a bike that met my wants and physical needs. I ended up with a hybrid, which is a step thru and adjustable handle bars, both nicely accommodate my back issues. Kristen, who I found out later was the Manager, was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and biking which led me to the Verve 3 and also a lightweight platform carrier that definitely gives my back a break. Now I won't hesitate to go out and ride because of the hassle of transporting the bike. So a big THANKS to Kristen and the maintenance staff who worked quickly to get my bike together, I rode out a very happy biker!!

Walking into this store is like walking into a premium car dealership. It's clean, well lit, spacious and everyone is happy to help you. Don't get me wrong, I like my dirty, old local bike shops that have been around for a million years, but it's also great to walk into shop that's professional and operating in the 21st century. Kristin was super helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'd happily buy another bike from these guys.

I was looking for a Domane AL2 bicycle, all bike shops in my area told me it was about a 6 month wait. I went to the Trek website and i found that Goodale's Bike Shop in Concord NH had some in stock. I called them first thing in the morning and sure thing they had 2 ready to go. I explained to Anthony that i lived about an hour and half away and asked if it was possible to place the bike on hold for me. He placed it on hold and we were on our way. Upon arrival Anthony welcomed us and went on to provide an excellent and fast service as he knew i had a bit of a drive back home. He went over the bike with me, made sure the bike was set up perfectly and that it was safe. I highly recommend Goodale's Bike Shop in Concord NH for all bike needs. Thank you Anthony!
