Great butcher. It's not the biggest selection but high quality and extremely reasonable pricing. Steaks have great marbling, Incredibly tender, and delicious flavor

This is the only shop where I can eat their cooked, ready to serve shrimp. Delicious! The steaks were awesome too, as was the Arctic Char. Please get more Arctic Char!

I went in today to purchase some haddock and hanger steak today. They did I not have hanger steak(this is an unconventional cut of meat so it’s understandable. But the butcher was rude about it like I was wasting his time when I didn’t want the sirloin that he wanted to sell me. The haddock was not as fresh as you can get at Market Basket. I had high hopes for this butcher shop as I have not found a decent butcher after moving up from Hudson. The steaks that he had looked good but I will not be going back after my first experience.

The best veal chop I’ve had in 30 years. Gulf shrimp...cooked or raw...7-Days a week. The steaks are always a cut above everywhere else, and the marinated chicken and steak tips are superb. Buy local....buy often. These folks are worth knowing.

Our Atlantic salmon is of the highest quality and always fresh since we pick it up twice a week in Boston. We don't use the term "sushi grade" since the FDA doesn't, and it recommends freezing uncooked fish before eating. But yes, any of the owners would eat our salmon raw, and do.

We have frozen grass fed beef and bison. Our featured steaks and tips are finished on grain. We carry wild Pacific salmon when it's in season, usually late May through late October. Our everyday salmon is Black Pearl Atlantic salmon out of the Shetland Islands. It's farm raised like all Atlantic salmon, but it's done the right way and is an excellent product.

Do they sell shucked oysters?

They don't carry them normally but get them in usually around the Christmas holiday. And in general they don't carry live shellfish unless someone orders a decent quantity (twp dozen or so) on a special order and they will sell the rest out of their case.

Do you carry whole packer brisket with a grade of choice or better?

They can get it on special order ( a day or so lead time), but generally 8 to 10 lb.
