When U order and ask 4 what is already supposed to be in that order and don't get it. Not great but feel 4.the people working not an easy day dealing with all of us.

Employees are friendly. The only complaint is they forgot to put the fries we ordered in the bag and we had to go back. The food was hot and delicious!

The food is decent enough, but this location is always closed before their stated hours. Probably close to a half a dozen times now, I've rolled up or ordered via the app within the last hour of them being open(and usually around 30 minutes before they are supposed to close) and they have been closed. I've checked google, and I've checked their app to make sure they are supposedly open, but when i show up, they aren't. This is also apparently 2 weeks after google "verified" the hours at this location, so i guess that they don't mind the issues it causes.

Employees are nice enough, food leaves something to be desired, even for a fast food joint. Can't even be bothered to give us more than a scrap of lettuce. This has happened consistently anytime I go too. Seems Concord just has lousy fast food.

I think they do it to save money not the first one I've seen this year! They claim because they are short-staffed! People walking up to the drive-thru is unacceptable and I saw that twice! Wendy would be horrified!
