If you can avoid this restaurant, even if it's not so easy since there are hardly any other places, you should look for an alternative (the leftovers from the lunchbox from the day before might do). Typical monopoly phenomenon.... high demand, no competition leads to overpriced food and poor quality. Here's a picture of the soft and barely warm "fries"....

Huge site and this restaurant (or breakfast room) is big enough to deal with numbers required. For breakfast there is a huge selection of freshly made hot foods and cold too including fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc. As much toast and coffee as you can eat and can also take food back to rooms if desired. Staff very helpful and friendly and hover with coffee refills constantly. Tables cleared and sanitised quickly and a great way to start the day.

I was staying in the hotel and so I came here for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and nice. The food was good. I had the breakfast buffet. It was well stocked. I specialty enjoyed the potatoes. They tasted great. The buffet had eggs, biscuits, fresh fruit, 2 types of gravy, and other things. The restaurant has a choice of buffet or menu food. I chose a buffet for dinner. The roast beef was excellent. It was delicious. I had the rice with almonds. I think that is what it was. It was good. The chicken was good. I didn't really like the pork. The food was good and so many choices to choose. The desserts station had ice cream with some toppings and sliced cakes. I tried the ice cream. It was self-serve. It was good. A really nice cozy place with a friendly staff.

All I can say I love all the food here. Good deal and the servers were very helpful. Location is great, closer to where we are staying and of course very close to the entrance of Bryce National Park.
