They changed their time to close 3 hours early (from 9pm to 6pm). We scheduled a stop here on our trip through town. We arrived at 5:50, and they were already closed. We had to drive 20 minutes out of our way to get shakes. The employee at the other store said that this store regularly has poor service due to low morale, under staffed, and often closes early because management does not allow overtime.

Ordered on the app the other day. The Washington, Ut location said my order did not exist, they refused to look at my confirmation number/confirmation email, wouldn't give me a number to contact to figure it out, and we still got charged for the food we did not receive. We emailed corporate twice. No reply. Called the local store numerous times. No answer. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

One place we always eat when we visit St George. Kids love the burgers and chicken nuggets. Their breakfast items are my favorite. A typical burger joint. Price is decent. The new Tres Leches was so good.
