We had a situation where I needed to send a prescription to my daughter, who had just moved days before to Washington Utah. When it didn't arrive on the estimated day, I called and got a hold of a wonderful person. I believe her name was Jody. Once I explained the situation, she tracked the package for me to a service center, where it seemed to be stuck. She submitted some kind of a request to get it moving and marked it as urgent and medication that was needed. I was grateful for that and I thought that was the end of it. This morning I personally got a phone call from her again, very unexpectedly, letting me know that the package had arrived at the Washington Utah and was going out for delivery today. I was incredibly grateful. But more than that, she went over and above to reassure me that it was going to happen.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. This is THE WORST post office ever, packages are constantly lost and late when tracking shows they’ve been at the post office on time for delivery. My regular mail is also consistently delivered to my neighbors mailboxes. Thanks so much!!!

This review might make my mail have “delayed delivery” or “lost mail” but something needs to be changed… Not sure if there’s a reason behind it or they just don’t care, but the Post Office parking lot is always over flowing (even at 7:30am before business hours) and customers have to park on the street or in the dirt parking across from the Post Office. The back parking lot (which is gated/chain blocked to public parking) is always empty during this time. Gives the impression that the postal employees are parking in the main parking lot instead of behind the building where it’s reserved for them. This is very inconsiderate of the elderly and disabled who need to park closer to the entrance. Also, given how many cars are always parked in the parking lot - I wonder if they really are short staffed or using it as an excuse for always having excessively long lines/wait time for service throughout the days.

After stopping in a few times to drop some mails off, I clearly understand why this place had terrible and negative reviews. I had an unpleasant experience myself every time. Employees seemed like they didn't like their job at all and looked very bothered just being there. They didn't say hi or even talk to me. I could feel the unfriendly energy while standing in line. The look that I got from them was just like I was so inconvenient to them, very uncomfortable and awkward. The process was totally slow despite the long line. They acted like they were forced to work there which was so obvious. It was so rude, inconsiderate that when I asked questions or said thank you right when I left and they just ignored me. They did that to every customer there. I meant how hard is it just to be nice to people? And a smile to a customer doesn't really cost a penny...definitely need a lot of work on customer service at this facility. I would come here again just to use the mail drop-off box because it's convenient, on the way to my work but otherwise I definitely not planing to go back inside ever again.

why is that? I've never had a problem with anyone there.
I agree, I have never had so many problems or rude customer service at any post office as I do at the washingtom utah location.
