Don't take your vehicle here. I told them tire sensor fault, to fix it. Charge me for Diagnostic, I knew what's wrong with my vehicle it said it on the dash even though they charge me for a diagnostic they didn't even find which tire was. Then they try to tell me i $170 to fix. I could have used $100 for diagnosis to fix it second thing they said the high-speed my tires they did not I have two old weights on there and still on there no new weights on the other tires second I had an inspection sticker done they didn't even do that so it cost me $240 for none of my work getting done then they gave me a bill of $1,500 to repair my car to get inspected or a joke I've been service my vehicles at the dealership 3 months before there and I was getting multiple repairs at another place so I know my vehicles they trying Rob me.

I had to visit this location for new tires originally which was a seamless transaction . I received a great promotion where I received a free tire and a $100 gift card. I came back a few weeks later for alignment, both times Gabriel and all the staff were extremely accommodating as I had my 3 yr old son with me both times. Quick and efficient. Highly suggest for any tire/ brake service needed.

Gabriel was extremely nice and kind during my first experience at this location. My car has recently experiencing multiple issues over $1000+ work I took my care to Firestone south Attleboro and felt taken advantage of and the car wasn’t repaired properly. Gabriel treated me like a human with respect, calmed me down. And told me he would take care of me and my car. I will be coming here for now on. God bless

Great people, but remember they no longer have retail parts in MA or RI stores. They are tires, brakes, shocks and service now.
