I went with this auto shop because it was the closest certified collision center. I went in to get my estimate and things were moving along(so i thought) I was told my car wouldn't be able to get serviced until mid/end of august which I wasn't happy about but I was willing to wait since it was a certified shop. 2 weeks after bringing my car in for an estimate, I call back in because I hadn't heard anything from them to schedule my repair appointment. I was told the insurance appraiser needed to call them to make the appointment since the repair work will be more than what the insurance estimated. So let the games begin. After multiple calls with insurance claim rep, I have confirmed auto shop needs to make the appointment with me so the appraiser could be there since I'm the car owner and I need to bring the car in. Not the appraiser. Me, tired of the run around, have Ms. Sandra who I believe is the co-owner, on the phone with the insurance claim rep. Claim rep is trying to assist me in getting my repair appointment when Ms. Sandra suddenly agrees on making the appointment with me which at this point says my car won't be seen until EARLY SEPTEMBER then she says she's not doing the 3 way conference call anymore and hangs up out of her own frustrations. I call back and I got someone who has been working there for 55 years as he explains to tell me he can't make the appointment with me and it has to be made with an appraiser. so back to square 1 after countless hassle and poor customer service. I did tell him I was leaving this review because this is unacceptable and unfair. Not once did anybody show compassion nor did they attempt so assist rather than pointing fingers. I should have just listened to the previous reviews, I don't even know if all of these "good" reviews are real tbh. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

There aren't enough stars to rate this business!! The service and quality of their work is top notch! Stress free repair (no dealing with insurance, courtesy car, no questions asked, etc.). They are amazing!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this place. The owners were very nice for years but later realized it was all fake. I have been coming to their auto body for years and bringing friends/ family to their business. Due to the pandemic I was laid off and since Sandra (owner) was what I thought a dear friend of mine - I asked her for a job in her establishment. Sandra agreed and welcomed me right in. The girls there were very sweet but they were so over worked and drowned in their own work they weren't able to train me. The first day I was immediately given the task to answer phones and open new files with no knowledge of how things are done. I started to notice Sandra was becoming very condescending towards me. I was having a hard time grasping their protocols because again I was not trained. Sandra would yell at me and call me slow and just treat me terrible. Ultimately, I left the job and Sandra's fake friendship behind. Please everyone don't support a business who treats their employees terrible - it is not right.

Smashed my 2019 mustang pretty good , I called them I let them do their thing and I was completely surprised at the quality of work. I honestly was worried if they could fix it and maintain its factory look and driveability. They did a phenomenal job over there . Amazing thanks guys .
